House Rules
You’re on holiday – we want you to relax, enjoy and make yourselves at home. Just like most homes, we do have some rules to ensure
Check In/Checkout
- • Check-in is 3.00pm, check-out is 10.00am (we do our best to be flexible, but any change to these times must be confirmed by us prior)
- • If anything is not working/not to your satisfaction, or there are any breakages/damage, call or text us so we can attend to it
General Rules
- • “Glenview” is offered for holiday accommodation only, and not for events, parties, large gatherings, or commercial activities.
- • People under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times
- • “Glenview” is a smoke/vape-free home. Smoking outdoors is allowed, provided cigarettes are disposed of safely
- • Please leave furniture and appliances in their place, but please share any thoughts for improving their arrangement
- • Help us keep the house secure by locking all doors and windows when you go out
- • Please minimise noise after 9pm weekdays or 11pm weekends, or upon request
- • Help us minimise energy consumption by turning off TVs, heaters, appliances etc. when you go out
- • Objects must not be placed on or within 1 metre (3ft) of the fireplace or heaters
- • For genuine emergencies, Police, Fire or Ambulance can be contacted by calling ‘000’
- Please turn off air conditioning when leaving house
